The World's Largest Cupcake: Charm City Cakes Conquers the Guinness World Record

To launch the The Great American Bake Sale for the Share Our Strength organization, Duff Goldman and Sandra Lee hosted the World's Largest Bake Sale at the Mall of America on March 30th. In honor of the event Duff, along with Geof Manthorne, represented Charm City Cakes by creating the world's largest cupcake. With officials from Guinness on hand, their cupcake weighed in at 61 pounds which established them as record holders of the category.

Meanwhile, if you enjoy seeing your Food Network Chefs in the wild, then make sure you see this video! C.J., a columnist for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Star Tribune, grabbed a video camera and casually followed Duff, Geoff, and Sandy during their hosting and signing duties at the event. I really enjoyed seeing them interact with the crowd, and both Aunt Sandy and Duff were gracious and delightful as they talked with fans and provided autographs.
